Hello Cafe is a cafe heavily inspired by, Sanrio, the company that brought to life kawaii characters like Hello Kitty, My Melody, and more. The cafe features your Sanrio friends in its themes and serves food that tries to capture the kawaii segment of Japanese popular culture
Guidelines in Serving and Dealing with Customers !
1. Greet the customer first before preparing their order.
2. When you are done serving the customer’s order be sure to thank them or invite them to order from us again.
3. Check the order forms if they have been filled out with the complete and correct information.
4. Before serving the orders, please be sure to double-check if you have encoded the correct information (check the order, receiver, sender, and/or message).
5. Read the messages that the customers send out and try to look out for swearing or anything inappropriate. We are a cafe that is inspired by and actively uses cartoon characters in our theme, we should try to be kid-friendly.
6. If any of the customers is acting inappropriately towards you or making you feel uncomfortable, please contact the admins immediately and let them handle the situation.

1. Fill out the order form below with all the necessary information. Please note that the sender and message are only optional and you are not required to fill them in.
2. We prohibit the use of swear words and inappropriate messages. Anything we deem inappropriate will be removed.
3. Patience is a must! Please don't spam our account if we didn't reply immediately.
